How does it work?
We are a new female founded company launched in 2019 to help working parents find quality after school care for their children. We work with families and nannies in Guildford, Egham, Weybridge and Walton-on-Thames to match them using our in-house learning system to produce the best possible outcomes. We charge an hourly rate of £13 which covers all costs including paying your nanny, payroll, tax, NI, holiday pay, contracts, vetting, matching and making the tea!
Register using our on-line form and tell us about your family and what you are looking for. Everyone’s different so make sure you tell us as much as possible. As soon as we receive your details our systems go to work!
We will search our candidates for the best matches for your families and use our matching system to identify candidates that will work. Most of our nannies are in full time education so are available to work quite quickly.
We will organise interviews with nannies that we know, and you can get to know each other. There’s no pressure, we just want to help you find the right person to work with your children.
Once you and your nanny have agreed to work together in principle, we’ll take it from there and do all the paperwork. There will be some signatures needed but we’ll make sure the i’s are dotted and the t’s crossed.
We select our nannies from universities and further education in and around Guildford, Egham, Weybridge and Walton-on-Thames. Once we pre qualify any new candidate, we interview and short list and only select the most appropriate applicants to hire.
We get to know our nannies so that when you get in contact, there's a good chance that we already have someone in mind. Usually it's an urgent problem that we need to help with.
Once all the paperwork has been done we don’t stop there. That’s just the beginning. We will support you and your nanny all the way through the employment and do our best to organise cover, one off solutions and most of all be as reliable for you as possible.
