This is where you we answer the most common questions prospective families and nannies.
How do your fees work? – We charge £13 per hour, which covers everything from matching you with a nanny to running your payroll, including all wages, taxes and our service. There are no upfront or hidden fees.
Are the nannies DBS checked and first aid trained? – Once you’ve decided to hire one of our nannies, they’ll receive a half day of paediatric first aid training and we’ll also process an enhanced DBS check.
Can your nannies look after babies? – Our after school nannies can only look after children of 3 years and over. For babies and toddlers, take a look at our nanny share service which is designed for little ones.
Are your nannies Ofsted registered, so we can pay using childcare vouchers? – No - our nannies aren’t professional career nannies and work few hours each week. The cost to undertake the pre-registration courses required usually outweighs the savings parents could make by using childcare vouchers.
Do you have minimum hours? – Yes - we ask families to commit to 10 hours a week. This is so that the job is fair to our nannies, who have put in time to train and prepare for the role.
Do your nannies drive? – Some of our nannies do drive, although this is relatively rare. So if having a driver is a deal breaker for your family, it will be harder to match you with a nanny.
